Horrible service from Bish's RV Inc. Kaliapell Mt.
Purchase date was 4/17/2021. Todays date is August 5, 2021.
We still do not have the use of our trailer.
Water leak, defective floor, access hatch falling off and other minor fitment problems. Dutchmen built it but Bish's service sucks.
User's recommendation: Run as far from a Bish's dealership as you can.
DISHONEST RV SERVICE COMPANY
Lack of Proof except receipts of services performed where they charged to try and fix something that they could not fix;(OVER $800.00) and we still had to replace the part they charged to fix; but could not fix. Which was welding a Hot-Water Heater, but could not fix,...
Refusal to show you BROKEN PARTS. Return of water heater they stole all parts off of. The Dishonesty here runs deep. Thieves at the core.
They are used to no one checking anything. MASTER LIERS , CLAIMING TO BE Honest!
Preferred solution: Full refund
User's recommendation: STAY AWAY! VERY SNEAKY THIEVES!
Buyer Beware
We loved the layout of this brand and were really excited when we found the trailer we saw at the RV show. We had never bought a trailer before and couldn't believe how sloppy the interior was thrown together.
Against our better judgement, the dealership convinced us that all trailers are like that now and if we have any issues, we could get them fixed immediately.
Weeks into owning it, the floor is lifting, most of the trim has fallen off. The couch is a piece of crap. The cupboards continue to lose screws. Our speakers have gone out on the outside of.
We have tried to get these repaired but its a 3 month window before we will get the repairs authorization by Dutchman and the dealer to fix them. By the time we get them fixed the camping season is over.
After a year now of owning it - the entire floor has bubbled up.
The wall paper is peeling away and the cushions for the dining areas are so flat that you cant use the space.
I really wanted to love this trailer but the craftsmanship is awful. I wont ever buy this brand again, and because it depreciates fast we are upside down and now stuck with this money trap.

Verified Reviewer | Short Hills, New JerseyQuestion about Winegard/WiFi
We bought a 2021 Aspen Trail 3120BHS. Dealer has no clue about the following.
Our trailer came with a Winegard 360. No Winegard information was provided with the owners manuals. The trailer is pre-wired for 2.0 Connect. What to we need in order to connect Wifi to the Winegard?
Where is the location for the router installation?(there is no indication/label within the trailer stating such).
We've been patiently waiting a couple months for answers. Thanks.

Verified ReviewerWater issues
I am so upset and disappointed! We purchased our 2020 dutchman kodiak in February.
And we're not able to use it until April. The first trip out every shelf broke in the pantry, the living room couch was broken and we noticed a water leak in the bathroom floor. We took it back to dealer to work on who had it for 3 weeks. We were told that there was no water issues..
My husband has cancer so we were not able to use our camper again until this week. Bring it to the campground and the water leak in bathroom is horrible! There is a line under the sink we can see dripping and the drain under the shower is broken leaking everything all over the floor. We then start using the outdoor sink that that drain is broken and leaking into the camper and back bunk room.
Now I am on a 2 week camping trip and can not use water in my camper..
there are so many other little things that have broken like ends of most of the shelving that I am just devastated that we bought a new camper so we could spend more time camping and less time worrying about the camper and this has been the total opposite..
now the walls are peeling where the water has been leaking... Completely unsatisfied with my dutchman kodiak
We will take this back to dealership next week.

Verified Reviewer | Concord, IndianaToy hauler ramp door failed
We came home the middle of October and as we were unloading one of the motorcycles the ramp door began to break. Luckily we were able to get the motorcycle out and no one was hurt in the process.
Unfortunately, the interior framework of the ramp door collapsed and now the fiberglass is bulged and cracked on the outside and the rubber interior part of the door has sunken. It appears that the framework broke! Somehow water got inside and rotted out the framework causing the failure. We have been dealing with our dealership, a factory rep and a Morryde rep trying to get a resolution.
My husband is currently on his way (7 hrs one way) to Morryde for them to inspect and determine responsibility. Our insurance has already denied it due to failure not being caused by an outside incident (i.e. accident). I don't understand how Dutchman cant/wont cover this sort of failure for a two-year-old trailer that is used a few times a year.
We can't use the toy hauler for its intended purpose with the ramp for broken. Obviously this didn't just occur on our last trip; it just finally failed!

It's amazing how different things can be in different locations. We purchased our rig at Bish's in Great Falls in June.
Now, the issue with the rig are on Dutchmen, and I'm considering legal action. But that being said, Bish's in GF has worked VERY HARD to take care of what they could in a tough situation. We're full time in ours. They sent a tech from Bish's to our spot in GF 4 times to work on issues, and he did a marvelous job.
Since then we've had to travel to Houston for medical treatments....and Bish's is still working with us to get things fixed. My contention is with Dutchmen. On both side at the rear of the rig, the side panels (down low) are coming out of the J-channel. Spoke with Warranty Mgr at Bish's GF, sent pictures to he and the GM there.
The pictures were sent to Dutchmen and they claim "that's normal when you haul these things on long trips". This is our 3rd large (42') rig since retirement. First one was new, 2nd was used. We hauled the 1st one from MT to VA, FL, TX, OR, back to MT after having it near 2 years, then back to TX again....this didn't happen.
2nd was used, we hauled it TX to IA to MT and back 4 years, didn't happen.
Dutchmen (or should I say Keystone, cause that's who Bish's has to talk to) is avoiding the issue. But again, we've had super service from Bish's GF.
