Well, now they've done it! Keystone has got my wife ticked off!
I have never seen her get upset. Never! She's so fired up at how poorly the product is made and the even more ineffectual warranty department. She's blasting them on every review she can!
To explain.
We had 2 slide cables break. The repair technician showed and explained that the slides were installed incorrectly. The slides were going to have to come out, and be aligned correctly. This was on both of our livingroom slides on our '22 400rl.
The thing is that warranty accepted the fix and reimbursed the charges. They, however, do not want to fix the problem. They say it's because it's a new unit that was on the lot for 2 years before being bought and that realignment is "just something that needs to be done every year or so". I call BS on that!
Keystone won't do anything about it unless I take it to the dealership to be examined by techs there.
Then, if, really when, the techs confirm the issues, we are going to have to schedule it to go in for the slides to be removed and realigned. All this, even though the first repair tech sent the issue to them, not once, but twice! And they've approved the repair!
To top all this off, when we received our new unit, it came, at no extra charge, with body damage! Between the storage and LPG tank doors.
The LPG door won't close and the sealant has pulled away and the dealership is saying we did it!
Even though we did not have the capability to move it at the time! Oh, on top of that, we did not even get LPG tanks and when we bought and put in a tank, the straps were not even long enough to hold the universal size tank!
If you are looking at buying an RV and are reading this, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING THAT IS MADE FROM KEYSTONE RV.
We are extremely disappointed with the quality and aftercare from this company!
- Looks nice
- Zero after care support
- Zero quality assurance

Then we had a water leak in the kitchen. Two tool boxes on the back of the RV are failing out, all the screws have come loose and damaged J wrap. Right stabilizer jack went down, never came back up, still have issues with the leveling system. Dealer has tried to get my money back for mobile service but was denied by Dutchman.
No customer service I have emailed the manufacture, no response. I registered my trailer on the website, no response.
They need to remove the sticker from the RV that states best warranty in the industry. I paid too much money for a product with this many large issues.
User's recommendation: Fix my issues undre warranty

Verified ReviewerExtreme Disappointment in this Kodiak Cub
We purchased our very first rv from the Tacoma RV show from Paulsbo RV (mistake #1) We found the floor plan we wanted and went for the brand new 2022 (mistake #2) We paid sticker price again bc it was what we wanted (mistake #3). Before we towed it off the lot...the fridge's propane connection was broke so could only use electricity.
One of 2 propane tanks were stuck in the open position and of course lost all of that. When took it back to PaulsboRV, we were told to bring back on Monday to have the "proper tech" on hand to look at it. We tried to bring back on Monday and then they had no room for us. So we headed South to our destination 1400 miles away.
By the time we got there the rig HAD to go in the shop. Broken drawer, broken fridge, faulty sensor reading full when almost empty, bad propane tank, sway bar installation faulty, light covers falling off, window shade half-assed installed, stabalizers acting weird...and so on. And now there is a major water leak under bathroom sink. As brand new RVers we are completely devastated by all the problems with a brand new travel trailer.
And of course we are stuck with this LEMON of a rig. Yes we are dealing with the warranty but what do you do when you live in it? And we feel like from beginning to end...they just don't care. They were able to sell a unit that probably sat on a lot for a year.
We were taken hook line and sinker. Wish we would have found these reviews before signing on the bottom line.(insert tears)
- Good floorplan
- Horribly put together with bad craftsmanship
Preferred solution: We would love a full refund but that wont happen I'm sure. Otherwise just fix everything properly.

Verified ReviewerBe aware. Poor craftsmanship and service after sale!
DoThere is NO quality control put into any of Dutchman/keystone products anymore. We pay hood money for what we hope is a quality R/V to find out that things are either broke or just dont work and never did from the factory!
And once you bring up this matter to your sale people or service. They will give you the run around, never return your call and then play the blame game! If you want quality. If you want to get what you paid for!
Dont buy a Keystone or Dutchman.. Jayco is looking much better now. Maybe even a Colman pop up would have better craftsmanship. At least w/ either of them.
You already know what your paying for.
But Dutchman. You should be ashamed!
Preferred solution: Full replacement of parts and offer some kind of compensation for hassle!
User's recommendation: Don’t buy anything new!!

This is my third email. I didnt receive an answer when I used the contact support form Help me please?
I have a 2018 Dutchmen Coleman 274BHWE and I am trying to find out what options or upgrades this trailer has in addition to the basic package. Kind of like the window sticker in a new car?
I believe it was manufactured in Pendleton, Oregon and the VIN is 4YDT27427JY939531
I dont have a voicebox so its hard for me to make phone calls. Ive tried to find this info online but no success. So if you can PDF me a build sheet that would be great.
Thank you.
That was my message to Coleman Dutchmen Keystone. I think I only received an answer because of pissed consumer. Although I actually found way more information accidentally online Dutchmen did reply with some information. There are virtually no emails to contact their websites and even the place where it was built in Pendleton.
Oregon didnt have one that I could find. Just not impressed with their customer service.
But thank you to pissed consumer. If I get more updates I wil post them

Concern about brand new rubicon
Quality of product
First trip out with my 2023 Astoria 2533rdf I discovered a lot of construction issues with the rig, backsplash on the wall behind the kitchen sink falling off, slide out missing seals and not pulling in or out straight , tank flush valves missed marked ( black flushs grey and grey flushs black), black tank wash out not installed correctly (or not working all together)Thermostats not reading room temperature due to faulty design with placement of room temp sensor, lippert ground system has improper clearance on the rear jacks, awning will not roll up tight, black out shades, have caps falling off, the theater seats not mounted level, hot and cold water flipped in bathroom sink. All has been reported to the dealership and awaiting warranty. But this seems to be a lot, and the dealership is backed up for 3-6 months, 90% of this should have been found if a proper quality inspection by the manufacturer would have been done.

Verified ReviewerTerrible Company Do Not Buy From Keystone RV
The manufacturer called and they now have our unit. They are wanting to look at it so we are in waiting till they finish their evaluation
They pop open when you run the slide out out. As I was taking the RV back to the dealer, the whole front nose was being pushed in by the wind. When I go to the dealer they said there is no support back there. The metal flexes across the whole front from side to side and up to the seam in the middle.
I called the factory and they said they get a lot of complaints about that. She told me that was normal and they don't do anything about that. My suggestion is do NOT buy a Keystone product of any kind.
I could get into the multiple quality issues I have Do NOT Buy already found and we haven't even went camping yet. Very sorry owner.

Dutchman 2022 - Model 2903RB - Travel RV
I am a paying customer but don't feel my purchase receipt needs to be posted on line. Can be sent to Dutcan upon request!
Had double vanities & was low weight but with amenities we wanted.
Had to schedule a walk through & set up instructional appt.but no water, no electricity & no propane hooked up so really it was an exercise in futility.
Took two weeks to be delivered & they sent a disabled, double amputee out to deliver the trailer. Yes, you read that right - a double amputee, in a wheel chair, in 110 degree heat - Well, he was very sweet but he couldn't set up a travel trailer.
1st problem was that if you touched the trailer frame, you'd get a shock. Well, thank God only the battery was hooked up because if the utility power had been hooked up...someone could've died. Good thing battery doesn't hold a charge...or someone could be shocked.
Then when we think it's hooked up, leveled & we are good to enjoy river life...my 180lb hubby goes to utilize the men's room.
So imagine sitting there, trunks to your knees, scrolling through "Breadstick Ricky"` videos when the whole trailer starts listing heavily to the left. Hubby was not amused, the dog was trying to make an escape porthole...and I got outside to discover the rear axel completely collapsed. Yes, it was steel, no it wasn't rusted, it just bowed down and collapsed.
I called the dealership and WHAT YOU READ NEXT IS NOT FICTION!!! They tell me that all service people are out but that they know a guy, who used to work for them, the boss fired him, but for $200 he could head my way.
(Let's see...brand new trailer listing to left, feels like it's going to roll over...send him.) *Let lightning strike me dead if I'm lying...* the guy pulls up & is the husband to my very worse enemy in ALL of life - like if I saw her out somewhere, I'd sic my dog on her. And he wants $200 for coming out...not for fixing anything. " I didn't bring tools", he says. I said, "Can you tell me what's wrong if I let you use MY tools?
" He says "No, frame issues" takes my $200 & leaves. (It wasn't frame issues, I felt like I had been bent over - but husband was still clinging to toilet, so it wasn't THAT and there goes $200)
So, call the dealership back, the owner is a very nice gentleman, & he is none too thrilled his guys sent a fired ex-employee out. He will send another guy in the next day or two. But now on top of the crumbled axel, we also have a bulge in the floor, a black stain UNDER the flooring in the bathroom, window valance installed crooked with shades backwards, the microwave has blown up, & the oven doesn't work.
It's LITERALLY less than 30 days old. Furious doesn't begin to cover the emotions I felt.
In spite of having a 3yr warranty with a well-known name in RVs, I have to PAY $400 to see if it's covered under warranty. 4 months later and still no stove (we went & bought new microwave)
But additionally, condensation is so bad, that the front window accumulates 3"-4" of water in (where ever it goes to), condensation rolls down the walls like I'm in Niagra Falls. Both recliners are broken.
In spite of cleaning after every shower, the shower walls have black dots in various spaces that even bleach doesn't remove. The stereo that worked day one hasn't worked on day two or any day after.
But the worst of all, in this so-callled ARTIC BLAST, when the temperature went down to below freezing...the heater does not work.
Dutchman quality sucks!
- Pretty
- Warranty is useless and takes forever to approve
- Are not quality built
- Not livable would be condemned by housing authority
Preferred solution: Full refund
User's recommendation: Don't buy Dutchman

2021 Voltage 3615
1)First trip out Hydraulic line to rear stabilizer blew out. We were in Ely Nevada, it cost a $1000.00 to get someone out to unhook all the hydraulic lines for the jacks to force them up.
Had to drive to Twin Falls Idaho to get it repaired at a dealer. Had to stay in the rig for two days in their parking lot until they could have a new hydraulic line made and installed.
2)The hydraulics have never worked right since it takes forever to get enough pressure in them to get the front up to hook to the truck.
3)Next time out while driving on the highway all the molding and trim came off both slide outs and was piled all over the middle of the rig.
4)The top power switch for the generator went out and had to be replaced.
5)The back garage bathroom water connectors blew while we were away from the trailer and flooded the back garage. Yes, we use a regulator we have been RVing for over 30 years.
6)The kitchen island sinks water connectors blew out on another trip and flooded the main living area while we were out.
7)The main power wire to the inverter fried and took out the GFI outlet in the kitchen that also controls the outlets behind the TV and the main bedroom.
8)We now cannot use any city water hook ups as we now have a major leak coming from under the rig if we hook up to city water. We now must fill the water tank and use the water pump in order to have any water in the rig.
9)Now do to all the water leaks we have a terrible odder in the rig that just will not go away.
The front storage smells like a decomposing body. And no nothing is dead in the trailer.
I did all my research before we purchased this rig, and the reviews were amazing, and everyone seemed to enjoy their Dutchman / Voltage. I regret the day I ever sold my Jayco Seismic this has been nothing but a nightmare. Unfortunately, we have been living in the rig full time the last 5 months while our new house is being built.
So, the thousands of dollars of repairs have had to be done by mobile RV repair while we are traveling and cannot take the rig into a dealer. Buyer beware my last two rigs were Jaycos, and I should have stayed with a brand that worked.
Preferred solution: Full refund
User's recommendation: Stay away from the Voltage Brand

the Manufactures of RV's should be made to hold the note on the unit for 6 years. So when it's broke more than 2 weeks, you HALT payment until it's returned back to you fixed, and your warrantee also HALTS after 2 weeks.
