Too many problems with dutchie pay.
This company cause me to have overdraft fees for my financial institution on I got hit on dutchie pay my account my account was debited and also paid $113 to the delivery person in cash so I got hit twice.

Password issues
My password code is not showing up to change a forgotten password. I forgot my password and when I attempt to change it I never receive the email.

Unable to order online
I have tried to order several times and received various error messages:
Server order data mismatch.
Dutchie pay unavailable.
I had connected my bank with no problems but I cannot order. Please help!

False advertising
They have "online deals" that aren't even honored. Once they have your bank info, they feel that they can charge you whatever they think is best.

Fraud
I have Dutchie pay set up for my dispensary on the app for Nature Med Dispensary. But I was charged DOUBLE by them.
I paid CASH in the dispensary and was ALSO charged by Dutchie! This is unacceptable. And no one will help. I incurred hundreds in fees from my bank and there are charges from Dutchie for days I didn't even purchase a thing.
I need help asap. My phone number is 314-489-****. I would please like someone to call me ASAP. This is a lot of money I can't afford to throw away and I expect a refund.
The dispensary can prove I paid them cash for purchases. So there is no good reason I was charged again.
There is no one to even speak to either. I am so disappointed and would rather not have medicinal Marijuana at all if this is the case.
