Purchased a new kia carnival

First of all the service department at Dutch Miller of Charleston was absolutely awful. Ultimately, its the reason we traded the carnival for a Toyota. We were told if we traded early we would get a warranty refund. We have yet to receive it. 10 out 10 do not recommend. All paperwork for the refund was completed on my end.

Still Waiting For a Phone Call from anyone. The Main Guy over Dutch Miller 'Roger' was going to look into the problem and call me back.
