No Communication and No Refund

I'm extremely upset with the customer service provided.

Items were ordered more than 10 days ago, and still, no communication as to when they will even be processed or dispatched.

I cancelled an item from an order, and the carrier and credit team have still not been in contact.

I have never had such poor customer service in my life.
