Defective bike
I was sent three exercise bikes separately by my insurance company that were made by DMI. All three are defective.
Every number associated with this company is no longer in service. I am very frustrated about this situation .
Now my insurance is sending me yet another one that I am sure will also be defective . Do not purchase the mini exercise bike.

I wanted return an oversized commode which I purchased through home depot and was unable to this large size so we decided to return it and get a refund. Your system to confusing for me. Thanks

Product I bought was broken when I received it from Amazon.
Was never able to talk with anyone about my issue.Received a product that was damaged and the phone number on the enclosed paperwork wasn't the cpanies number.If product is damaged you'll have a big problem.

Poor quality product.
The Duro-Meds toilet seat cushions you manufacture are of very poor quality and seems like you have no intentions of fixing it. I have bought over 20 of these cushions and they are all the same.
The foam you use is so cheap it breaks down loosing its thickness in no time at all. A 2 inch cushion becomes a 1 inch cushion and the 4 inch becomes less then 2 inches thick. Then the Center stitch starts to seperate and come apart. I have seen so many reviews who complain about the samething yet you do nothing about it because it sells more cushions.
So I figure I've spent over $500.00 in cushions.
The easiest thing for me to would be to have Amazon replace it once a month because that's about all they last. You would think a company of your caliber would sell a better product then this.

Duromed flannel/rubber sheeting # 560-****-****
We received a gift box with numerous items ordered by my dtr in law in Co. The Duro Med flannel/rubber waterproof sheeting is very inferior.
It comes nicely packaged with the pretty pixs of the diamonds on the pillow cases. I washed the product prior to use in cold/gentle cycle and hung to dry. All four sides curled and the flannel became as thin as paper. I do not understand why a company would produce and/or ship such an inferior product.
My husband has cancer and is pretty much bed ridden. These were ordered from your company to help alleviate any bedsores.
