Ripped off with no Resolution

Order came with broken parts and overall terrible quality leading to a non-reliable product. Requested to return but they insisted on charging me a 20% restock fee. They offered no reasonable resolution and I ended up returning and losing hundreds of dollars and so much time thanks to endless runaround. Extremely frustrating and will recommend never dealing with this seller.

User's recommendation: Avoid at all cost, go for quality elsewhere.
