Horrible Experience
- -Elizabethtown wedding 10/30/21; Durham School Services did not arrive.
- -About 30 guests waited outside; Rebecca B apologized; card not charged.
My daughters wedding was on 10/30/21 in Elizabethtown PA. We arranged for Durham School Services to drive guests back to the hotel that night. Another bus would come the next morning and drive guests back to the venue to get their cars which were allowed to stay at the venue
We were under a signed contract with Durham School Services, who never showed up at the venue.
Imagine 30 guests shivering out in the cold waiting for a bus that never came.
A beautiful celebration and everything went perfectly until the Durham School Services royally screwed us over.
My son-in-law and I became Uber drivers shuttling guests back to the hotel.
When I spoke to Rebecca B at Durham this morning, I was offered a lame apology and no explanation or resolution. She did say my credit card would not be charged. (What in the *** would they charge it for?)
Absolutely disgraceful.
Preferred solution: However much an uber driver would make that night. Why should my new son in law and I have to go to work as Uber drivers on HIS wedding night. You have got to be kidding!!!!
