Durapower lantern not holding charge

Well I had absolutely no reply from durapower at all . What are you suppose to do if you've bought a item,and can't get a response from the people who are suppose to help you???..I still need help w my issue.
I've purchased a lantern it will not hold a charge...would like to know what to do?? Is there a trouble shooting trick.

Refuse to honor the product

the product was defective and they would not refund or accept a return because I reported about it beyond their 60 day warranty. they buy this cheap junk from china and pawn it off to us Americans...not my fault it would not work!!!!!
