Worst experience as a customer.

They sent me a hood that was messed up from the factory and it doesn't even fit. Now they are beating around the bush, wasting my time and not providing anything for a return nor a refund. Never again.

Bought a spoiler for a mustang Took to a professional he said that it would not fit the part is cheap bought from Carid they said I could not get my shipping back unless I took pics of it on the car to show it would not fit not going to take the original spoiler off again to take pics but I am also filling with PayPal for my shipping refund they sorta was crap do not but anything from then or carid

Cracked hood was painted over from carid and they wont replace it

My brother order to who from me from car ID that was a 2.5" cowl hood 4 2007 Ford Mustang once upon receiving it I checked it and it had a crack in it after it was delivered and the crack had been painted over like a got fixed from the factory
Not happy with the product R34 bodykit
The rear bumper cover exhaust cutouts do not match my Honda accords exhaust they want me to modify an expensive exhaust to fit the kit, the exhaust is more expensive than the kit horrible production.

These kits are JUNK!!
- - Spent $600+ on Lexus IS300 kit; front bumper fit failed.
- - Rear bumper won't install, trunk won't close, CS team asked for fitment photos.
I too was sucked out of $600+ dollars for a kit for a Lexus IS300. After attempting to mount the front bumper (2 weeks and not even close) couldn't MAKE my headlight go back in place. Mounted the rear bumper, the trunk lid wouldn't close. Adjusted on it for a week. Finally give up on both. Was able to MAKE the side skirt work again after another week of prep work. Upon contact with the retailer i purchased this kit from Express Aero Kits, thier "CS Team" informed me to start a "fitment claim" I needed the follow (And I quote) *Full straight, front view pic of parts on the vehicle (entire part must be visible)
*Full angled view pic of parts on the vehicle (entire part must be visible)
*Close up pics of areas of concern (gaps, etc.) (photos must include tape measure/ruler showing measurements clearly)
*Close up pic of Duraflex tags with item number (on the part & the plastic wrapping)
*You can also take a video of all the requested views. I wasn't putting these worthless parts back on my car. All I can suggest is keep your money as these kits are not worth the trouble. So long story short, just another con artist sucking money out of your wallet with false products!!
