I would have gave zero stars but that was not an option. My son
was out of state with church group.
Where I was only accepted cards no cash. Dupont blocked my card. I called number and was told I had a limit out of town which I have never had before. They could not unblock my card because Dupont was closed.
All numbers I called and the app I couldn't get any help. I have never had this problem out of state or anywhere before. There was plenty money on my accounts to pay. I am now stuck out of state with no way to use money.
So I'm stuck with no way to get food or anything.
No reason a bank would do this and not be able to correct it. My whole family will be cancelling all of our accounts as soon as I can get home.
