Avoid Dupaco Credit Union
- - Dupaco Cedar Rapids SW location is the worst credit union.

Dupaco Cedar Rapids SW location is the worst credit union I have ever joined. ATM is always out of money.
Very rude staff. I once complained because only one person was working the drive-thru (7 cars waiting) and three tellers were idle with no customers in the lobby. When I mentioned this a man walked out of his office and raised his voice at me saying there were 4 drive-thru lanes open. I reminded him that he only had one teller working those four lanes.
He continued to be hostile and I left. When I closed my accounts I left some negative feedback and was hung up on.
