Terrible Customer Service
- •Boots from Duo; delivery failed due to address; reorder arrived.
- •Original boots found at Parcelforce;returned; Duo denies receipt; £219 not refunded.
I ordered boots from duo and they did not arrive as they said the address was incorrect. I reordered the same boots and they arrived to the same address!!
I finally tracked down the original boots at Parcelforce and refused delivery on their advice so they returned them to duo.
Duo deny receiving them even though I have proof of delivery to their location and they have not refunded my £219. I am NEVER using them again their Customer Service is Appalling.

- Boots ordered Nov 30 but not shipped.

I'm still waiting on my boots to be shipped. I placed my order on November 30,they have yet to be shipped out.

I've tried to reach out to Jesse several times but to no avail. If you are thinking of buying boots from this website don't they are not a trusted company.
