I was cut off after nicely explaining the issue. I was using my phone to order four shirts, but the Checkout button was so low on my phone screen that it did not activate when I touched it. Then poof!
- - No callback after a disconnection.
- - Had to redo all selections.

- - Terms before ordering felt burdensome; staff labeling was off.
I had hoped for a call back if it was an accidental disconnection.
No one called back so I had to go to my computer and re-do all of the selections. I did order five shirts.

Also, I do not like agreeing to terms, leaving the main screen, having to read legally,without seeing what the terms are, leaving the main screen and having to read fine legalizel and being referred to as a pissed customer name. Itis a real turn off in terms of personal relationships. I was not pissed off.
Your protocol is asking too much of the consumer before even placing an order. Its a very bad way to begin.
