First trip with new suitcases. broken zips and escaping contents

we understand that airlines are not careful with luggage, but we did expect our brand new cases to survive more than their first trip!!! Zips were broken half way along even though cases were strapped as well. our contents were escaping on to the conveyer . One case also has a split in the fabric which is probably just unlucky from careless handling by air port staff. We feel however that the cases were not fit for purpose and cannot be used again. Very disappointed as our ancient cases never gave us a problem and we have wasted our money on up to date but inferior products.

Dunlop garden shoes always splt

Dunlop rubber garden shoes convenient and waterproof BUT always split at the heel area after about 3months use, despite always using a shoe horn. I am now on my 7th pair, and all 14 shoes have 5-6 cm spits in similar position. I sent clear complaint and request with photos of heel damage on 4 pairs, also showing negligible sole wear,to my supplier (there are dozens), and received no acknowledgment. There is a clear weakness in design, and the heel needs reinforcement. It would be in the interest of the company to get customer feed back, but nowhere is there an easily accessible contact address. Tire bubble

I purchased two NEW continental II tires at State Tire and Auto in Wall Township NJ in mid February 2013 for my 2004 Altima for $300 ($150 each with installation). By the first week in March (less than one month later) I noticed a bubble on the side wall on one of the new tires (not even 1,000 miles on it). I contacted State Tire and Auto who said they won't replace it and offer no warranty on it and said to call Dunlop (owned by Goodyear). I called Goodyear and they scheduled an inspection at Nutley Tire at 66 Washington Ave, Nutley, NJ and they told me Goodyear/Dunlop won't warranty there tires for bubbles. They offered me a new tire (same *** Dunlop continental II) for $113 (prorated offer). Almost ANY product you buy has at least a one month warranty. Not this company. I refuse to buy any other products from this company. They sell you a bad product. Then if it fails they make MORE profit by trying to sell you their bad product again only slightly cheaper. Shame on them. I'm telling everyone I know not to buy their products.
