Refund issue

My grandson (Travis Cano) signed up on line for sponsorship with Dunlop to get discounts on his motorcycle tires. He placed an order on 2/12/2022 in the amount of 77.60 using my cc (Debra Stewart) my grandson put the wrong address in and has asked for a refund, via email. We have no tires or refund and no communication response from his email other than he would get a refund in 5-7 business days. No refund as of yet.

Dunlop garden shoes always splt
Dunlop rubber garden shoes convenient and waterproof BUT always split at the heel area after about 3months use, despite always using a shoe horn. I am now on my 7th pair, and all 14 shoes have 5-6 cm spits in similar position. I sent clear complaint and request with photos of heel damage on 4 pairs, also showing negligible sole wear,to my supplier (there are dozens), and received no acknowledgment. There is a clear weakness in design, and the heel needs reinforcement. It would be in the interest of the company to get customer feed back, but nowhere is there an easily accessible contact address.
