Bait and Switch

Duncan Stuart Todd contracted me for ongoing design work. As we were having trouble coming up with a design and they were concerned about the time it was taking, I quoted them a flat rate for the project, contingent on this being ongoing work.

I billed them for a flat rate of 5 hrs after almost 22 hrs of work, (much of that due to their changing their minds mid-design on content and basic layout). They fired me after I received payment. I contacted them saying this was not fair as the rate was contingent on ongoing work. They said they'd fulfilled the contract and not to contact them again.

I cannot do anything legally but I want people to know the lack of integrity in this company.

During the time I was with them their sales rep walked out without a word, leaving them high and dry. I suspect they have many issues with people they contract with.
