You don't make no sugar cake mixes
Why is there not no sugar cakes, or cupcake mixes in the grocery stores. People who can't eat sugar are missing out especially kids and birth day cakes

I hate Betty Crocker and have always used Duncan Hines, but it is increasingly hard to find? If the reduction of product in the box is the issue, just put it back the way it was and charge more, my cakes are worth the extra expense.

I live in Montreal/LaSalle, Canda and I shop at Maxi LaSalle, Dollard Street. I was always able to find Duncan Hines LEMON but recently it is not available anymore.
I was wondering if it is Maxi, my grocery story, that is not ordering it anymore or if it is Duncan Hines not supplying it. Please let me know, I need this product to make an amazing lemon blueberry poppy seed bunt cake !!

Ive been using Duncan Hines for over 15 years. Making 50+ cakes a month.
I adjusted my recipes for the smaller box but now something else has change. Cakes are falling/sinking in the middle.
Ive tried changing a few things and nothing is working. Will no longer buy this brand!!

Wasn't happy with the final product
I purchased a lemon cake mix! Followed the instructions baked the cupcakes and when tried they didn't even taste like lemon !
They tasted more like white cake mix.So I returned to the store and they gave me a new mix, I went home baked them again and same thing they did not taste like lemon at all. Very disappointed since I was baking for my sons wedding rehearsal!!!

I contacted the company about a mug cake product telling them i thought their wad coconut only to look closer and looked to be wax i explained we each had one but only took a few bites as we started getting cramps soon after she said im sorry we can offer you a full value coupon i asked what it was she explained i then reply with we should trust whats in our food and the companies that we buy from and when my children eat somthing and their is somthing in it not supposed to be im mad and you want to refund my product with a coupon it was an insult to me my family she came back with like i said we can offer you a coupon i hung up

Contacted them today about mug cake that we thought had coconut that wasn't mentioned then after looking closer it appeared to be pieces of wax she said we can give u a full value coupon i asked what is that she replied its a coupon to replace your product i explained my family and i had 1 each and didnt feel the best for 3 hrs or so and it passed however the point is im supposed to trust whats in our food and be able to trust these companies and if someone had a reaction then what she replied please wait coming back saying like i said we can offer you a full value coupon i said sorry to waste your time
Where are the peaches + where is the FLAVOR?
The peach pie filling has absolutely no flavor and the can is filled with smooshy flavorless goo....When I used to buy COMSTOCK Peach pie filling it was so delicious tasting like sweet fresh peaches and LOTS of them in the can. What the heck ( DUNCAN HEINZ) have you done to the wonderful recipe that was COMSTOCK ????
Untill you know how to cook and can and copy a good recipe, I will NOT be a consumer of ANY of your products !

What have they done to Duncan Hines butter cake mix have used it for years to make the sock it to me cake does not make my cake as good as usual texture is different as well as the taste
have used this cake mix for years , made lots of perfect cakes .cake batter is to thin and taste is different.what have they changed. The cake cooked to fast even though i have made this sock it to me cake for at least 16 years.the last two times it has not been the same as usual .
I would like to know how to contact the company. The product certainly does not live up to the quality that it used to have and what i expected.I am requesting Duncan Hines bring back the BUTTER CAKE MIX ,THAT I KNEW AND LOVED.

Your white cake and dark chocolate cake mixes have hard lumps in and don’t mix up. What are you doing to the mixes, have used them got 30 some years and the just aren’t the same. Very disappointed
