Leesburg/Dulles Honda

They were paid to get my tags for a car I purchased. Took them 6 months and then didn't provide the tags required by DC Gov. I tried to get Dulles Honda to fix the problem and the general manager was so nasty and rude and did not resolve the problem.I sent them emails...they restricted the emails so that I could not email them any longer....so I sent letters and they just took my letters ...put them in an envelope and sent them back to me...no explanation or anything Their General Manager is the worst person I've ever dealth with.I spent almost 20k and I've been treated better when I spent 20 cents I AM SURPRIZED HONDA PAYS HIM Maybe it's because I am a woman and he didn't feel I deserved any respect or consideration
