Resolved: Have they gone out of business but still taking orders and payments?

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I never did receive the item I ordered but they refunded me for part of what it cost.
I have to wonder if this business is still open. The order I placed was shipped but the item had the wrong team logo on it.
I even paid extra for priority processing. I have reached out to DugOut Mugs twice on their web site, twice via email and left at least two voice mail messages on their customer service line.
I have received no response whatsoever.
Now I see that a notice states that the business is permanently closed. So, I guess that they keep my money and run.
