Dishonest Company, sells defective watches, no customer service
Bought Citizen watch from Dufry while onboard Norwegian Bliss, Sales person set time and functions on watch said everything was perfect, and placed it into the box. When I got home and put the watch on I noticed the crown was protruding out from the watch, I was unable to screw the crown in as it appears the crown is stripped and won't screw in, this makes to watch not waterproof.
I contacted Norwegian and they state they are not responsibleDon't buy anything fr as Dufry is a private vendor. They gave me a number to contact Dufry 800-227-**** goes to a full mail box.

Bought a Citizen watch on Norwegian Bliss, Clerk set time/fuctions and put into box, got homw watch was broken, crown would not screw down. Bad business practice. cheat customers, Norwegian passed
Norwegian says Dufry is private contractor and the accept no responsibility for the company that sell items on their ships. Unable to contact Dufry at 88-227-****, goes to voicemail and it's full.
This is the contact number given by NCL, Don't buy anything from the gift shop. ADD, Salesperson set up watch, placed in box, when I got home the crown was not screwed down, it will not screw down it was sold broken and not able to contact the vendor, A ripoff company.
