Mailed customer service and they responded pretty fast to offer solution . Exchange hasnt happened yet but so far so good!

- - Bought a Citizen watch from Dufry aboard Norwegian Bliss; crown stripped, cannot screw in, not waterproof; Norwegian says not responsible.
Bought Citizen watch from Dufry while onboard Norwegian Bliss, Sales person set time and functions on watch said everything was perfect, and placed it into the box. When I got home and put the watch on I noticed the crown was protruding out from the watch, I was unable to screw the crown in as it appears the crown is stripped and won't screw in, this makes to watch not waterproof.
I contacted Norwegian and they state they are not responsibleDon't buy anything fr as Dufry is a private vendor. They gave me a number to contact Dufry 800-227-**** goes to a full mail box.

This is the contact number given by NCL, Don't buy anything from the gift shop. ADD, Salesperson set up watch, placed in box, when I got home the crown was not screwed down, it will not screw down it was sold broken and not able to contact the vendor, A ripoff company.
