Terrible customer service in Dufresne
- - Spent $13K on Palliser leather living room set; delivered Sept with damage to chair and sofa.
- - Since Oct 1, eight tech visits canceled; warranty risk.
Worst furniture store we have ever done business with. Save your sanity and shop absolutely anywhere else.
In May we bought a living room set of leather furniture: sofa, loveseat, chair. Spent$13K. Order was delivered at the end of September. Chair and sofa from the day one has a manufacturing damage.
We went to the store on Alice Ave and showed a photo of this damages.They said, no problem, its easy to fix. Technician will come to your house and will repair. Since then they play a game with us. They make an appointment for technician and then prior 1 day they cancel due to illness of technician.
Since October 1 they canceled 8 appointments. And we understood, nobody is going to come and repair. They just wait when our 1 year warranty will expire.
What a waste of money and time to buy Palliser furniture in Dufresne store. Literally never had such terrible customer service in my whole life.

We bought a living room set of leather furniture. Spent $13K. Order was delivered at the end of September. Chair and sofa from the day one has a manufacture damage.We went to the store on Ellice Ave showed photos of damage and asked to fix it.
They said no problem. Technician will come to your house and fix. Since October 1, 2022 they playing a game with us. They make an appointment with us prior one day cancel.
During this 5 months they canceled already 8 appointments due to illness of technician. And we understood nobody is going to come and repair. They just waited when our warranty will expire in one year. Do not buy Palliser products in Dufresne store.
This is terrible company and store.
Literally never had such terrible customer service in my whole life. What a waste of money and time.
