They took my money, sent the wrong color, item and size and then wanted me to pay for the return which was 2x higher than the cost of the item.. they never responded back.
send me what I ordered, dont treat me as if I were stupid. respond in a timely manner.
It is impossible to communicate with them, they literally treat you as if you were 5 years old and are a slave.
Very rude when they do respond and its your fault.
They sent the wrong item, the wrong size and color ???

I placed an order back in November 2024, it is now mid-January 2025. I still have not received the order.
The tracking lists it as unknown and I've contacted customer service numerous times with no response.
Worst company ever, if it actually even exists. Total waste of money to China.

Received order 3 weeks after ordering. Product was not as shown/described.
Attempted to contact customer service (to return items) via email three times without response back. According to their web page, this is the only way to communicate..
Contacted our credit card company to dispute this charge.

Awful! It doesn't even deserve one star.
They will communicate with you through email, and once they receive the package, there is nothing. You will not get a refund or a response back.

I have contacted the company several times and their answer has been the same. They offered no refund, they are only willing to give me 20% of what I paid back.
On November 19, 2024 I purchased 2 pairs of shoes from this company, none of them had arch support as advertised, one pair was 2 sizes larger than what I ordered, I tried to return the items but the company would take them back, I was told they are willing to give me 20% of what I paid back and I could give the shoes to my neighbors or friends. This company is very unreasonable, they false advertise and the customer service is poor.
PLESE DO NOT BUY ANY THING FROM THIS COMPANY. They are crooks!
