Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with partial refund. They prevented me from responding on the site forum, and then they blocked my membership.
Finally, the deleted my membership and gave me a partial refund of only 50 percent. I knew that I should have received a 66% refund. However, I am happy to be finished having to deal with a website full of glitches and other issues. In addition, I do not have to deal with such rude customer service.
I suggest that you try to get a refund for any membership costs. If a company has a rude or unhelpful customer support, most definitely delete your membership and try to find the service from another organization.
