I recently looked at the sticker on my furnace, from 2013. I looked them up to see if they were still around.

I felt since they were I should warn others of them. It seemed almost like it was a scheme, I should have probably complained that then. I had a coupon, but they tried charging double. I asked to see camera dirt which they never showed me.

They put *** in my sheetrock after jabbing part of hose into wall. I know how to fix sheetrock.

I just wanted them out of my house. I Truly am surprised they are still around.

hired them in Nov, 2017 to clean ducts in a townhouse we had just moved into. We left for the winter in Jan.

so house was unoccupied until our return in May. Filter was extremely dirty, changed it and 3 weeks later, it was dirty again, 3weeks later same story finally had another company come out and check our ductwork. They put a camera in the vents and actually showed me how much debris was still in the ducts.

We have no pets and are non-smokers.

Duct Dogs even showed us a bag of dirt and dust bunnies that the said came from our vents but all the used to clean was a shop vac. Do not waste time and money with them

Bought a Groupon for these guys to clean my air ducts in Minneapolis. the first appointment was canceled due to problems with their van.

They said the brakes were not working. Had to reschedule for a week later.

They were over 2 hours late and then told me it would be an additional $300 to do the cleaning. I sent them away.

Our first appointment was cancelled because "the van broke down". On the second re-scheduled appointment, they never showed up.

I called and reported the no show and they said "they did and no one came to the door". We just had 5 inches of new snow the prior evening and guess what, no tire tracks in our drive way.

Just plain bad business.I would rather pay more and support a local company. So, with this said, I would be aware of Duct Dawgs because I feel they are lazy and what kind of quality can you expect with that?

I called the Duct Dawgs of NJ for a vent cleaning of my home plus a dryer vent cleaning, too. I learned of the business through a ValuePac advertisement in the mail. The cleaning was scheduled for 11/4/13 at 12pm. Nobody called to confirm the service call and no one arrived to my home. I called them at 12:30 to make sure someone was coming, and the receptionist assured me they will come since there is a 2 hour time window. I then called at 2:30 to complain about the no-show. The receptionist said someone will call me back once they investigate the reason for the absence. About 1 hour later I got a call apologizing for the problem. Apparently the main cleaning took ill.

Another appointment was scheduled for 11/08/13 at 2pm. Once again, no one came and no one called. I called Duct Dawgs at 2:10pm to vent my frustration. I was told by the receptionist, Chan, that my call to a supervisor would be made high priority and he assured me of a return call. As of 11/09/13 in the evening, nobody has contacted me.

Stay away from this company. They are unprofessional and they do not keep their word. Spend a few bucks more to another business who will stand behind their reputation as a dependable responsible company.
