Still haven’t received my bag and duck call for my membership

I became a member earlier this year and never received my ducks unlimited bag and duck call I was wondering when Ill receive them

I made a contribution and in exchange ducks unlimited sent me a poor example of a pullover shirt. I contacted customer service ( Heather ) who resolved my problem and in a very professional manner. thank you and your staff DU .
