Missing the pole
I Purchased to New umbrella covers. Only one had the plastic pole which is needed to put the cover on the umbrella. I was trying to find out how to get the missing Plastic pole

Missing the pole
I was not able to reach anyone to cover who could satisfy the missing part. The only thing they could tell me was call Amazon. There are many covers from other companies, so I am done with duck cover Nice product really terrible Customer Service you cant even talk to anybody
