I ordered from Dubiaroaches.com (also known as dubia.com). I was a first time customer & placed & $30.91 order…2 days later this company deducted another $10.91 from my bank account
around May 11th,2024, I purchased an order in the amount of $30.91 from this company 2 or 3 days after I placed my order, they deducted another $10.91 from my bank (obviously WITHOUT consent)..
my order clearly states my TOTAL amount is $30.91
I was extremely upset. (Still am)
I emailed 3 times inquiring as to why& asked that they immediately refund me. I have yet to hear back .Im not a happy consumer

Preferred solution: I want my $11 refunded immediately
