Warn customers about not honoring guarantees
- - Did not honor the 100% guarantee or offer a refund or size exchange.
- - Ad promised 100% satisfaction.
- - Contact by phone or website is difficult.
They never answered their phones. It took several tries to get an e-mail answered.
I have sent about 20 emails and they have responded a handful of times. Always saying they don’t guarantee size even though they have 100% guarantee on their ads.SCAM!

Duares wouldnt honor their 100% guarantee. They wouldnt give a refund or just send me a larger size.
Their ad says 100% satisfaction. Do NOT buy from this company.
Also you cant contact them through their phone or sometimes their website.
Its hard to get a reply. I entered the website on this review and it says enter a valid company website.
