Police need to see the video feed
May 11th 2019 a bank card was lefted and it was giving to another person and now the police want to see the video feed for this day at 6:00pm at subway 5219

Don't get in a contract with DTT
Don't get in a contract with DTT for your business for your surveillance system . They will give your poor customer service in addition they will send lame and standard "Smart Reports" with the same repetitive information over and over, making you believe they are really working.
Also, if you need something urgent after hours, they won't pick up their phones, even though they say they are open 24/7. Also, we have had a few technical difficulties and with all these problems they won't let me out of my contract.
I have begged them to let me out since their services are incompetent and we are pretty much throwing our money away and they won't even try to work with us. I am a business owner and when my clients are not satisfied, I got above and beyond to make them happy and it seem to be that DTT doesn't get that.
