Verified BuyerWorthless Service, Advertise Features They Can't Deliver
Signed up on the promise that I could integrate the cameras with our POS system at a franchised restaurant chain. After buying $7k worth of equipment, found out they couldn't integrate with the POS system of our franchise.
DTIQ blamed the franchisor for not approving their integration process, never offered any discount or credit, wouldn't end the contract and made vague promises to work on other options that they never followed up on - then blamed me for not pushing it forward. Ridiculous waste of money.

Im calling from McDonalds national store number 00900 I need to cameras fixed and I need to add some cameras to the property
