- - The delivery staff uploaded a photo and claimed a signature for my parcel while I was away.
- - I did not receive any parcel and did not sign for it.
Date 17/07/2026 time 13:06. Yesterday, the name is Mandeep, who is the delivery man for DPD.
He uploaded the picture to drop my parcel, and they also mentioned my surname is Singh with my signature. But yesterday, I was not at home; usually, I go to work.
Mandeep was lying about my signature to receive my parcel, but I did not receive any parcel, nor did I sign for it. Please take action as soon as possible; I need my parcel.

My parcel everytime manually damaged someone
Someone cut the parcel manually every time. And some items are missing every time.
I think someone has taken an item every time. Very cheap people among the staff.

Regarding my parcel
- - Almost a month without parcel.
- - Data missing on parcel; it went to Ireland.
- - It was sent back to the UK; concern about payment if items spoil.
It's been almost a month now I have not received my parcel and I am not happy with the service I contacted the customer care they are saying the data was missing on the parcel that's why they can not delivere my parcel.
If the data is missing how come the parcel reached to Ireland and sent back to UK?
