Unable to Get my parcel
I have the most worst experience of my life with DTDC . It was the first time when my brother from India sent me a parcel in edmonton.
If i talk about the worst part then people from DTDC india sent my parcel via DTDC Express service and in shored me that i will get my parcel within 3-4 days but since then its been 14 days and I havent get my parcel yet. In addition to this, Customer care did exact same. Nobody from the customer care responded on my call and email. For me it became The first expression is the last.
Ill never every continue with DTDC again and want to suggest that you guys have to pay attention towards your clients concers. Thanku.
