Scammers and the T******'s have horrible customers service when you request a refund.
Once I requested a refund from PayPal Dale and his wife Damiana sent me a rushed kindergarten job. I told them I wasn't interested and to just give me my money back. It was then Mrs T****** acted like a hood rat! She argued me down treated to get a lawyer over $150 etc.
It was the worst experience ever. I was surprised that a couple that travels all over the world taking pictures acted so unprofessional! I eventually received a refund thank goodness from PayPal.
The T****** family are scammers using a US business while living abroad. It wouldn't be a problem if they actually did the work and paid their taxes.

Company is a copy and paste no delivery establishment. They conn people and have several Ig accounts and sites they run to do so.
They do not deliver as requested and make videos of inaccurate info to get over on you. I paid for a site I still do not have and they then sent taunting emails to me pleased with hustling me out my money.
They attacked my hair loss and my character and made derogatory statements towards american women. And this is after not delivering my site.

I had the worst experience. Company is a scam. Requested a logo. Should have received samples in 7 to 10 business day. Never received it. Continuously tried to contact the company. They finally responded that I would have the work by Friday. That didn't happened. Saturday did a claim with PayPal and I immediately heard from the company stating that they emailed me samples yesterday. That was a total lie, I even checked spam. They texted me 2 logos which I didn't like (looked like they just threw something together). They apologized for the lack of communication and stated there were unlimited samples, I would get them when I reversed the Paypal claim.
Against my better judgment, I reversed the claim with PayPal. Bad mistake because you can make a claim only once on an item.
And of course... I have not received anything from them......
Until this morning, when I made a Facebook post about their scamming and poor service. They texted and posted a "sample logo" in the comments.
Trust the reviews and find someone else.
I totally agree with you 1000%. I google the logos they sent over to me & it was a duplicated logo they made for someone else.
I am highly disappointed and will not sit and let my money be taking from me. I will fight for my funds back!

I purchased 5pg website, logo, social media flyer. I paid the owner Dale T****** deposit $275 total price $550. DT Web Designs never provided the services that I paid for. I disputed payment thru PayPal. as "items not received " PayPal reached out to Dale T****** asked him to provide proof of service. Dale T****** aka Franklin T****** submitted fake documents to paypal. Fake website he created. copied and pasted pics from my business website. He Used a free Wix website made up. All the information he put on the fake website was inaccurate, misspell my name, words,etc. I never received anything from this company. No logo design, no website, no social media flyer. Dale T****** took the time to create a fake website and send it to PayPal. Instead of just doing the right thing and creating me a real website. The website was supposed to advertise my Hair products line. He created a fake website advertising Training classes that I don't even teach. DT Web Designs FRAUD! False Adveristing!
- - Paid $600 for a Website package.
- - Logo differs from Instagram posts; name and email were incorrect.

I purchased a Website package through this company which was a waste of time and money $600. Do not believe their work it is false advertising.
My logo that this company created compared to the ones they post on Instagram looks totally different. They are very unorganized and unprofessional. They continued to spelled my business name incorrect, even after I submitted forms and word documents with the name spelled correctly. They inputted the incorrect email address to connected to my website.
These things can be changed but a professional business would not forget their client/customer business name. After a while of not hearing from them, I would email them for an update. They would respond back with in minutes stating that each project would be complete the next day after I emailed them. So it seem like a rush job to me.
I'm so disappointed that I wasted my money and time. This will hold my business back for 3 months because I have to start another process all over again with another company.
But I will not let this hold my business back, and I will continue to prevent others from working with this company. The companies Instagram name is : DTLOGODESIGNS

This is a lie times two we don’t even use PayPal at all and there is no proof of purchase on your behalf please screenshot your receipt and invoice and any emails to prove this you are stating here as we know there are agents out here that are looking to defame the image of good people as in this case. Please we ask of you to show proof of PayPal refunding you as this company does not use PayPal AT ALL and this is fact so we would love to see your proof and please provide the name of your business as well as we see you never mentioned it here
