Battery will not charge
My DSORUPA battery will not hold a charge. They claim a 24-month warranty.
I bought mine 11 months ago. I have emailed them numerous times with no response.
There is no customer service. Don't buy...

- - Company replied three times in a week, then stopped; avoid Dysorupa.
I have responded to every request for descriptionn of their product, description of the problem and their request for photos and a video. The company has responded three different times over the period of one week. After my last submission at their request, they will not reply.
DO NOT BUY DYSORUPA BRAND!
- It had good suction
