I ordered an item from DSN on 07/04/11. After waiting for weeks for its arrival, I called Customer "NO" Service and was told it was in shipping. I have spent hours on the phone and sent many emails only to get the "Royal Run-Around". On 08/15/11 I called to be told the same old things. I then asked that the order be cancelled and requested a full refund. It is now 09/29/11 and I still have NO REFUND!! BEWARE of this company. It seems from reviewing complaints on the internet that they have been doing this to many customers. I have filed complaints with the California Attorney General, the Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission.
