I had an interview With DSI mangenent in Gainesville Fl. Last Thursday Oct.

6, 2016. My interview went well I was told he liked me and I would get a call the following Monday either way hired or not. Needless to say, that call didnt come Monday or Tuesday So i called the Tampa office for a contact number for Gainesville Office. I called Wed, and Thursday the phone ranged without option to leave a messsge.

I had a bad gut feeling at that point. At least an option to leave a message would have been an indication of professionalism So, i then thought optimistically Mr. Wheeler will call me back because no doubt he could see "a missed call"....NOPE...nothing. I called Friday Mr.

Wheeler answered i announced who I was and that he said he would call me Monday and he hesitated and said, uh.. unfortunately we chose another candidate. I said oh, ok thank you and hung up. No fuss from me because I AM professional and I know I dodged a bullet.

My opinion to anyone thinkng about applying is DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. My first impression while I waited over an hour to be interviewed and i was thirty minutes early because he took a phone call that lasted for thirty minutes (while he had someone else sitting at his desk in the middle of his interview) was a RED FLAG the company is unorganized & unprofessional. DSI motto "do what you say you will do" is something MR. WHEELER obviously knows nothing about as a representative of DSI.

I was blessed with a management position Mon-Friday with another company with values they uphold.

Ihad the displeasure of working for this company at Stillwell Towers 5100 waters ave. This roach infested and drug saturated building is were they sent me.

You have to deal with this and then the captain and major lie to you about the pay. They short you on hours ontop of that. They instruct you what to do until their longterm residential buddies complain. I watched three people quit in two weeks.

They are incompetent and hostile to work with. The poor management and lack of tact when conversating creates a hostile environment.

Ontop of all that! Roaches are so bad you have to eat outside.
