Collagenta -active serum 30ml
I paid $158.84 in total and returned the product without refund.Shipping fee is $10.78 -------------- I suddenly got a phone call and was told on Feb. 24, the skin product is in special price, $9.95. at the time, I even did not know the brand of product. I agreed to buy it by credit card. After I received the product, -collagenta active serum 30ml. I got March monthly bill from my credit card company, $9.95 has been charged . then I got the April monthly bill, $148.82 has been charged to my credit card. Now I was back to their website, then found special trial for this product and was aware of it, the product need to be returned by 14 days for the price of $9.95; otherwise, it would be charged 148.82. but at the time I did not get this information through the phone call. I tried to reach them by phone, the phone is not in service. Then I contact them by email and told them I will cancel the order, return the unused product, and get a refund. Alex replied even I have returned product and is unable to get refund. I returned the product on April 21 and contacted the credit card company to dispute the payment., however, the my credit card company disagree to dispute the payment, I paid $148.82 in order to avoid more interest. Now I have paid $158.77 plus I paid $10.78 postage to ship back the product. Original, I only authorized to make payment at $9.95 at the time, but $148.82 it is a scam. There was everything happened too quickly, I could not believe I have paid close to $170 and get nothing.

Free Sample Dead Sea Beauty Kit
I saw a free sample advertised for Dead Sea Beauty Kit postage and packing £2.95, I foolishly fell for this and immediate realised I would be signed up for a subscription monthly, I tried to cancel but could not get any reply from the company and they had taken £3.95 and £2.95 from my bank account. Do not be fooled, the bank told me that immediately one signs up for a free sample they are automatically signed up for a monthly subscription. DS Marketing have no UK telephone number and the stuff is sent from Israel. This company are not contactable.

I have also just been caught by Dead Sea Beauty and Collagenta. Their outlet in the UK is DS Marketing and their advertising was investigated by the ASA in 2012 when their ads were found to be misleading on several counts.
I'm now almost £200 out of pocket as a result.
Also, judging by other complaints on the internet about these companies, their charges appear to increase very quickly. This whole operation should be shut down.
