Two emails sent and no reply. Shocking considering the prices of their items. Disappointed is an understatement. And you can't ring or speak to anyone despite a phone number.

I love dryrobe products but unfortunately my latest purchase the size I picked was too big. I am trying to return the product so I can receive refund & order again.
The bar code that I have been sent to re send my product back for refund does not work.
I was in the shop about 20 minutes trying this bar code does not work at all. I desperately need another bar code.

As I said if I had gotten through to actually speak to someone. I was going to warn them about the awful delivery service DPD, and not to send their garments through them again.
Tbe driver said he had left my parcel on my doorstep, which was a lie. We live by a very busy main road, and the driver just left my parcel just inside the gate.
I was very lucky to find it before someone took it. And that was what I wanted to say, so that no one else would be disappointed when their valuable merchandise was stolen

Worst customer service ever - they only contacted me (after 4 days of trying to speak to a person) because I dissed them on Facebook - then low and behold they reached out to me - I have put in my request but still waiting for a reply
Absolutely shocking
No number to prevent people from contacting them, when number finally found, gives you options that don't work, dry robe is a *** show of a company, hope Putin drops a nuke on them
