i am a raving fan of the whole Drunk Elephant line but the last 100 ml container of Protini Polypetide Cream is defective. after a few weeks, the pump stopped working. i took it into Sephora where i purchased it and they too acknowledged it is an issue but without a receipt could not exchange it.
Sadly, i have never kept cosmetic receipts as i cant really ever remember anything ever having an issue.
i do not want my money back but would to exchange my defective product for another one.
i want to continue to use this line of Drunk Elephant products but this is becoming an issue as the store would not help at all.
