Order incorrect
I ordered zinc and received calcium. I also ordered hair root boost and that was not in my order.

Customer Service Fail
Just recently lost my job of 37 yrs so I have no prescription ins. In advance I had spoken to Walgreens on line and at Store #790 in Ormond Bch Fl.
to get this approved. I gave them my name, Drs. name, and type of meds to the pharmacy. One medication of mine is very expensive but using the Goodrx card, Walgreens price beat out their competitors by a significant amount.
After getting approval from Walgreens, I had my Drs office send it to the pharmacy. I received an email about an insurance issue and called right away, speaking to a male pharmacy employee. Got this issue resolved and was told it would be ready when I went to pick it up. When I called to let them know I would be in, which was a few days later, I was told that there was no prescriptions called in for me.
After futile attempts of talking to people on line and contacting the Pharmacy Mgr I put it in the hands of my Drs office. By the end of the day, I was told my prescription had been deleted, so the Dr said he would mail the hard copy to me so this wouldnt happen again. I took the hard copy to the Walgreens pharmacy. A few minutes later I was told they didnt have it.
Then he said he wouldnt fill it. He looked at me like I was lying and I told him that. I showed him my email & coupon with the price differences and explained everything and he told me I could leave it and he would try to get it approved. At 8:30 I received an email about the ins issue so I called the # and was told that I could pick it up after 10:30.
I went back after that time and he told me he would not fill it. My email (see pic) showed that it was. I spoke to Mgr on duty in tears and she said to call Pharmacy Mgr in morning. Called and spoke to Pharmacy Mgr to no avail.
I called another Walgreens Pharmacy and explained my situation and they told me they could do it but when I got there they said that the other Pharmacist put something in their computer denying my fill and because of that no other Walgreens in the state would fill it. I had contacted corperate 3 x's and finally asked to speak with the District Mgr. Got her name but no response yet. This is not an acceptable way to take care of a customer who did all the leg work in advance because I do understand the sensitive nature of a narcotic and all the stigma that goes along with it.
Thats why I did all of the advance work to save me the hassle and now this Pharmacist apparently has played Judge and Jury and has profiled me and made it impossible to get more than a $200.
Savings with them. Absolutely shameful!!
Very disappointed
I bought flonase 120 paid 50$ for it there is not 120 spraysbin the bottles im a very dissatisfied wiith this . I want a call back

I'm extremely disappointed. I spent $93 on hair care products that turned my hair into a greasy mess. I called their "Customer service" line to learn how to return the items, which I had only used once. It took me 7 minutes with a young lady who more more interested in reading scripts than she was serving me in any way.
I had to stop her reading the script 3 times and have her go back to the part of her script that states that if I had purchased the items from the sister company - they share the site - Beauty.com, I COULD have returned them.
BUT, since I purchased them through the Drugstore.com site. I was out of luck.
Incidentally, it's possible to shop from both locations and place items from both stores in a singular basket and make one payment to both entities in a singe transaction.
So, for $93, Drugstore.com has lost what would have been an excellent customer and earned my wrath on every bulletin board I can find.

Drugstore.com system error and cancel my order
I ordered a
Norelco SensoTouch Electric Razor with GyroFlex 3D & Jet Clean, Model 1250CC, Ruby Black
today on Dec 28th, 2012 morning.
they have a promotion of two $50 off. I placed the order, and received their email of successfully ordered.
However, at around 5PM same day, they emailed to me and claimed my ordered been cancelled.
that's a gift for my father, how could they this.
I called the customer service, and they checked my order, said even in their system didn't find any reason why that happened, then after like several mins waiting, they told me that is system error and put the wrong price on line, so they cancelled my order, and said they cannot do anything about that.
what a ***.
Drugsotre.com don't want to responsible to their reputation at all?
when I purchased the product, and finished the order process, then we had a contract that been protected US government Law, both party has to fulfill their duty under the contract, i pay the price, you give me the product at the deal price.
this is totally ruin the US law, are we protected?
then, the customer service said, even you call the manager, they will saying the same thing. what? this is your daily rule? just abuse customer with a routine?
then I said, i couldn't accept this at all, where is my right? who gonna compensate my loss?
they suggested, you could order again with extra $100.
what a surprising answer and solution!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
then they said, they could only give $20 store credit.
I don't accept this, and I would like to get this done through law.

Drugstore.com is very dishonest
Avoid this business. They use promos to lure consumers in and then don't honor them.
I purchased a buy one, get one half off cosmetic product, but then they charged me full price for both. It's not a huge expense but multiply that by the number of customers they cheat this way. I have emailed them and they do not respond. They were at one time fairly OK but I would advise anyone to avoid this company like the plague!!!!
A company that doesn't even respond to a complaint is not reputable. They sell discontinued products but I've found that so do the large national drugstore chains so I'm now shopping there.
Highly dishonest operation
Avoid drugstore.com. This once fairly reputable organization now baits consumers with promos that they don't honor, such as buy one, second one half price.
They then charge you full price for both items and do not respond to emails, etc., challenging this practice. They sell discontinued products that can be found at other websites, including well-known drugstore chains, so I would NEVER buy anything from drugstore.com again after my present experience and would suggest no one do business there. It's the old bait and switch.
Very disreputable. I would expect they write their own reviews!

Drugstore.com contacted me today and efficiently and politely took care of my issue in a matter of minutes! Drugstore.com (ultimately) went out of their way to \"make things right\" and I would not hesitate to order from them in the future.
They actually restored my faith in internet shopping -- I contrast drugstore.com\'s handling of my grievance with my dealings with a recent problem with mother nature.com. mothernature.com treated me rudely and just \"kicked me to the curb\" - i\'ll never ever deal with them again - something to think about...
I placed an order using a coupon for drugstore.com. The order was processed and I received a confirmation e-mail.
A few days later I was notified that my order was canceled. I inquired and was told that Paypal directed drugstore.com to cancel my order. That didn't make any sense I use paypal a half dozen times a week and NEVER had a problem. I asked drugstore.com to provide me with the documentation so I could look into the matter.
They won't let me see it! Why? company policy! I asked the rep to reinstate my order.
The couldn't do that either. Company policy!
If you are thinking about using a coupon and trying drugstore.com, think twice! Customer service was abysmal-stick with a trusted company...

I am sorry I am late in writing this. Drugstore.com has worked with me to resolve the issue and I was hasty in criticizing them in this forum because I was very annoyed. Hopefully, all problems are solved.
