Contacted these guys regarding a vehicle EUC upgrade. Details passed to me weren't very clear but trusted them. Completed some of the process requirement but found some parts unclear and asked for more instructions, and a refund if that could not be done. They supplied something that I cannot work with because I am still unclear about the instructions. When I asked for more help they terminated the support. I have since then, been contacted by them and resolved the issue. I have been refunded.

User's recommendation: Stay Away from these guys. Fraudulent Unprofessional Scammers.
