Can't cancel my subscription

I have tried to cancel my subscription and cannot: by the website, through the Chat, and by phone. They keep sending me product, using an expired credit card on their file.

I don't need any more laundry/dish soap. It now comes every month.

They have me down for a shipment and I didn't order nothing

I still have plenty of soap and they said I have an order coming June 7 # 262554 do not need any more please I will let you know when I need more Im only 1 person so dont send it please thank have a good day John

Can not reach their website and their phone number is not in service

I like their products, but I am very upset at tye fact that for several months now, I have been unable to sign in into their website to manage my subscrition. I tried calling but their phone number is not a working number. If I can't reach someone I will be forced to cancel my credit card so they can't charge me any more.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund.

Made my 1st order Dec 13, 2021. Didn't receive it, send an email form to customer service.

They informed me that my order had been destroyed. Claimed they sent me a new one. Never received a confirmation email. I sent another email requesting a refund.

"Kassandra" who I really think is a bot, only offered an apology and to resend my order.

Sent a response that I do not want the product, only a refund of my $5.46. No response as of 01/24/22.
