I tried to cancel my account with Dropbox, when I called they hung up on me as soon as I said I wanted to cancel, I called back to hear a recording , all service reps were busy. I called back from another phone, went right thru, same guy answered, I said again i wanted to cancel, he started swearing at me told me not to call back.

And then he tried to tell me that I selectively deleted thousands of my own files consisting of years of work! Not good!
