Pissed off, no customer service. they are a ripoff

ordered part with vin. number, received part, not correct, can't reach anyone by phone. they are ignoring complaints. next call is to AG of the state of NV and Ca. i'm a senior, and i believe this is consumer fraud. i'll let the authorities deal with them.

User's recommendation: contact your attorney general-- consumer protection.

Bad part

I emailed them for a warranty return and still have not heard back from them. Ive call their number on the website with no answer or to be out on hold with no answer. I am not happy with drive-stars customer service. Not at all.

I was sent a wheel bearing and had it installed an a couple months later there is play in the bearing. Called and e-mailed them several times without any response.

Pretty disappointed in the service. Will look to buy from someone else next time.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund.

It's a very *** company they pretty much robbed me I didn't get what I paid for and can't get a refund, I wouldn't recommend anyone ever buying anything from this company

Ordered wrong part -due to pandemic couldn't get into mechanic for several months when appt arrived in Nov the mechanic opened box to discover wrong parts these parts are new and have not even been out of the box now i want a refund - i will never use these parts and Drivestar will not respond to emails. We ordered thru amazon and they direct you to Drivestar. Feeling very pissed off right now if i could i would drive to CA and return in person however that is not an option.--

Shipped wrong product/need to return for refund

ordered hub assembly for a 2010 Corolla and received hub assembly for 2010 Camry. Now when the parts were delivered during this Covid 19 pandemic- we were not able to get into our mechanic for the repair work until months later with the state and businesses being shut down. so when we got an appt in November, the mechanic opened the box and stated that they were not the parts for our Corolla. so he had to go and buy the correct parts and finish the work. I am therefore, wanting to return these unused, new parts and need to request a RMA form so we can get our refund. they were the wrong parts from the start and have not been used. NO recommendations!

I ordered a wheel bearing from this company through Amazon in Dec 2018 and in Jan 2019 I had to order a replacement part because the 1st one was defective. This part is under a 1 yr warranty no matter what. So, a few weeks ago the same part tore up again (still under warranty) but the company is wanting me to take my car to a mechanic (pay out of pocket) to get a statement supporting my claim. Why would I do that? They need to send me my replacement part for the 3rd time in less than a year.!
