This company is absolutely horrible I paid for a trip in February for my daughters prom that took place 5/31/24 . I was told via email there would be an 200 deposit and the rest would be due upon the date of the ride ..

they charged 880 .00 in February verses the 200 and a day prior to the scheduled service attempted to charge 200.00 my bank thought it was fraud due to the multiple attempts and I was unable to use no other form of payment I was told that I could pay the 200 on the day of the service but they cancelled and wanted me to pay the full price all over again .. I had a conversation with the owner of the vehicular mr. Haggert who was nothing short of amazing he went above and beyond and even did the trip when they cancelled on me last minute .. I will be forever greatful to him and his and o do mean his customer service ..

drive share then goes on the refund the money to an account that I had terminated due to the fraudulent activity ..

they need to uphold a better practice and stop with the email nonesense mr. Haggerty has yet to be reimbursed from the company on a job that he fulfilled and they have the funds because the company sent it to a closed account
