This Software is for Programmer Users Only! If you have a problem that DriverBoost does not automatically correct (which is many by the way) you have to contact DriverBoost Support, wait for a reply, and then you need to be a Programmer or you must be a Programmer in order to make the necessary updates that they send you to correct the problem. I'm only slightly exaggerating. If you are not a Expert Computer User, this is not the Software to buy. I wouldn't buy. Find a Software that is easier to manage. Oh, and by the way, be careful of their 60 Day Guarantee. They will not refund past it.

Driver Boost Want work Want refund

Hi i bought a sound driver from Driver Boost for my laptop.I paid 38 euro.It worked for two days and then i had to reload it every time i turned on my laptop.Every time i would email them they would tell me to try this and try that and still it would not work. When i asked for a refund they asked me to the same as before and sill i had no sound on my laptop and i am down 38 euro . and now they ignore my emails.Avoid Driver Boost at all costs. They will take your money pretty quick but want refund it when it dose not work.Learn from my mistake and dont deal with them. Driver Boost a Rip-Off

So I Googled 'The USB Device Not Recognized' and found a software (Driver Boost) that advertises it 'can fix and eliminate 'The USB Device Not Recognized' pop-up ... OK, I bought in at about $39 and the download froze my computer. So I called the number for 'help' and after being on hold for about 10 minutes an Indian came on and told me "help' would cost $69 ... so I thanked the Indian and went to my computer expert who fiddled around and unlocked my computer and I finally got the download to work and forget it, it doesn't 'fix' that pop-up and when I called the 'help' number they again wanted $69 for a tech to help! Don't buy this software!

Driver Boost rip-off.

I made what has turned out to be the mistake of subscribing to one year of Driver Boost. When I checked my credit card statement, I had been debited for £47 93. At current exchange rates, that appears to equate to one year's susubscription + a second year at reduced rates -- twice! I have tried e-mailing them twice to no avail, other than an auto-reply that assures me that the second year at reduced rates will be refunded if I didn't intend it(that's without even knowing the nature of my request!). They go on to say that, 'Should I require further assistance, then I should respond directly to this e-mail' and that response time is normally 1 to 2 days. I did respond and it is now a week since my last e-mail. If the sequential case numbers of the auto-responses are anything to go by, they have received 5000 queries in that time. I am not surprised! Something tells me that this will just have to go down as one of those lessons in life. Avoid them like the plague!
