Billing error on my credit card for the last two months
I went in for a one time wash at the Mishawaka location and put it on my credit card and was billed that amount. I just got my credit card bill for this month and was billed $30 which I did not authorize. I would request a phone call at the number I left.

You guys broke my tail light and i want it fixed now
I went to the new driver's shine on bitter suite in Mitchell Waka and they're offering free car washes for a week so I went through and came out with no tail lights the guy came out with my brake tail light in his hand and said that I'm missing a part of my Jeep and that he took my name and number what year my Jeep is and that corporate you guys would get ahold of me I have not yet received any phone call or anything towards this company I got the estimate through Jeep Chrysler ram and I have pictures and they have pictures they took pictures of it too please get ahold of me as soon as possible

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. They paid for my break light and to get it fixed.
Went to the new location mishawaka indiana Bittersweet location ... there're giving out free car washes, and i went through and came out with no tail light...

Oil Change a Joke
nobody contacted me
I like Drive and Shine, but even though I went through and purchased it all and asked for a car wash and they said no, I was pissed never again, joke is on me!
I went to Drive & Shine in Mishawaka for the $29.99 "Oil Change Sign" at the top of their building. After I drove in and they proceeded to take my filter off they came over with paperwork letting me know it would be $57.99 because of the kind of car I had, which my dealer charges $51.78 so I should had left but didn't.
Then I ask about how I get my free car wash, that was extra! What a joke, my dealer does that and more, never again.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution

They typically have a lot of new and trainee employees. You are entitled to a free basic car wash with the full oil change and lube job.
Employee was wrong to not honor the advertising that includes an oil change AND free car wash. Call the office and advise either Haji or Sherrie Tehrani and tell them of your experience. They are reasonable people and I'm sure they will make your complaint right.
If not, I'd like to know about it as I refer a ton of people to their business. Thanks!
