No refund and no order
Ordered some clothing from company, didnt get them the tracking says returned to sender have emailed countless times to get generic automated responses. Its been 3 weeks now and havent heard anything back would stay clear of this company

Can’t get a hold of customer service.
I have emailed the company multiple times and received no answer from them regarding my missing order and about returns.

I returned an item to this company and they have sent a gift card I have emailed them saying I would prefer a refund but they have not replied after 5 days

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. The problem was the way that the products were presented - initially as a set then sold as separates showing confusing things on the invoice and delivery. This was explained to me and I now understand but the company needs to address the way that they present products on invoices to avoid confusion.
Please see email to sales team as the email address for Sophie given on Trust Pilot not recognised. The product I ordered was not received and two other items show as free were sent instead yet they maintained they were the same as I ordered! I ordered a set but received two separate items which cam eto a different total
