I had a question about my exchange
- - Drift Shoes has poor customer service and no phone contact.
- - Emailed eight times over weeks with no reply; filed BBB and AG complaints.
It is the worst I have ever experienced. I still after almost three weeks of trying to get in contact with someone have still it been able too.
I have emailed them a total of eight times to no avail. There is no customer support phone to be found. I have also emailes their legal department and received no reply from them as well.
Their customer service is appalling. At this point, I feel like they are running some type of scam.
Beware of Drift Shoes. This company is the absolute worst.
I filed a claim with the BBB and contacted the Attorney Generals Office today via email.
I am a hardworking person who deserves to receive the correct product for her money or a should have been issued in a reasonable amount of time.
