Unauthorized charges to credit card

They sent two different shipments and charged two different credit cards of mine, without my authorization. When I asked them to send me a return label and refund my money, they told me they might refund my money, but I would have to pay for the shipping and handling back, even though I never authorized them to send anything! This was an email reply from Stella.

Cancel Difficulty

Have cancelled the subscription and they ate still charging me. All subscriptions are inactive. Why is this so hard to cancell?

We receive shipment after canceling and sending an email to cancel weeks ago. Calling on chat line representative wanted to charge us five dollars to cancel.

After speaking my mind, she lowered it to a dollar.WT. We want our subscription canceled and we no longer want to do any business in the future with this company.

Now. Cancel we recommend.

Not getting my scent of the month

I keep getting emails so they do respond quickly. But every email is from someone different or maybe they have forgotten all of my previous emails?

All I'm trying to do is get what I paid for. I made a subscription under my old email(I have a few that all go to my inbox so I'm never sure which one I use), then I made a one time purchase under my new one. I have told them many times they are looking under the wrong one. No one seems to care to look or do what I ask.

They would find my subscription and fix it. I did get an email recently blaming the delivery system they use for all of it. I'm just really upset because I love the scents of the month, the clean ingredients, the whole concept but I can't seem to get them!!!

The one time order I've gotten, and my first couple wood car scents, then all I've gotten were emails. I hate it!
